Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY POLICY

Hey duelists! At TCGAccess, we know how excited you are to get your hands on your cards, and we work hard to get them to you fast. Here’s the deal:

• Order Processing:

  • We’ll pack up and ship your order within 48 hours (except on weekends or holidays).

• Shipping Times:

  • Depending on the shipping option you pick, your order should show up in 3-5 working days.

• Tracking Info:

  • Most orders come with tracking info, and we’ll send it your way once your cards are shipped.

• Shipping Delays:

  • Stuff happens—weather, carrier delays, holidays—you get the idea. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you updated because we know waiting for cards is the hardest part.

Returns

Return Policy

At TCGAccess, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unopened and in its original condition.

  • If the item you received is not as described, you are also eligible for a return.

• Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If the return is due to the item not being as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the item back to us.

• How to Initiate a Return:

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send it back.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
